Theo Constanti Wins Stelios Award for Disabled Entrepreneurs 2026
We are incredibly proud to announce that The Marble Group founder, Theo Constanti, has been named one of just three winners at the Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs 2026.
The prestigious awards celebrate disabled entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses while overcoming significant challenges, recognising innovation, resilience and business excellence.
For Theo, the award marks another milestone in a journey that began with a single van, a passion for craftsmanship and a determination to build something of his own.
From a Garage Start-Up to Industry Leader
At the age of 17, Theo lost his right hand in a motorbike accident — a life-changing event that could easily have altered the course of his future.
Instead, it became the catalyst for building something extraordinary.
At just 23 years old, Theo founded The Marble Group from his parents’ garage. Through hard work, determination and a relentless focus on quality, the business has grown into one of the UK’s leading stone fabrication companies, supplying and installing premium stone surfaces for homeowners, designers, developers and commercial clients across the country.
Today, The Marble Group is home to multiple brands, including Artscut, Ariastone and the recently launched luxury dining table brand, Hestoria, employing a talented team and continuing to expand year after year.
Recognition for Years of Hard Work
Winning a Stelios Award is recognition not only of Theo’s entrepreneurial success, but also of the challenges he has overcome along the way.
The award celebrates business owners who have demonstrated exceptional resilience and leadership, and being selected as one of only three winners is a significant achievement.
Reflecting on the award, Theo remains focused on the future and the opportunities it creates to continue growing the business while making a positive impact beyond it.
Investing in People, Community and the Future
One of the most meaningful aspects of receiving the Stelios Award is the opportunity to give back.
While a substantial portion of the prize funding will be invested into the continued growth of The Marble Group, Theo has committed to ensuring that the award also creates a lasting impact within the community.
As part of this commitment, £10,000 will be donated to Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice in memory of his close friend, Lee. The donation will help support the charity’s incredible work providing care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Theo is also investing in grassroots football, including supporting a local girls’ youth football club. By helping provide opportunities for young players to develop their skills, confidence and teamwork, the funding will contribute to the future of community sport.
Alongside these charitable initiatives, a significant investment will be made into the development of a brand-new Marble Group showroom. The new space will allow customers to experience an even wider range of premium stone surfaces, kitchen displays and interior design inspiration, further elevating the customer journey and showcasing the very best of the business.
Looking beyond the stone industry, Theo is also establishing a Young Entrepreneur Fund designed to support aspiring business owners and help turn promising ideas into successful ventures. Further details on the initiative will be announced in the coming months.
For Theo, success has always been about more than building a business. It is about creating opportunities, supporting others and leaving a positive impact wherever possible.
Looking Ahead
As The Marble Group continues to grow, this award represents not only recognition of everything achieved so far, but also an exciting opportunity to invest in the future.
From community projects and charitable giving to supporting young entrepreneurs and developing a new showroom experience, the award will help create lasting benefits for customers, local communities and future business leaders alike.
Everyone at The Marble Group would like to thank our clients, suppliers, partners and team members for their continued support. This achievement belongs to all of us, and we look forward to sharing the next chapter of our journey together.
