Luna Stone Quartz

Luna Stone Quartz is produced by utilising the finest state-of-the-art technology. The method starts with raw crystals of genuine stones, mostly quartz, with diverse sizes that ranges from rough grains to rock salt. Once the crystal stone are selected and crushed, they are then combined with bonding colours and agents.

Luna Stone comprises of 7% bonding agents and 93% quartz, this combination is heated and undertakes a process called vibrocompaction to form a hard, solid and impenetrable exterior. Once the slabs have been moulded, they run through a polishing line as would granite and marble.

Quality control methods are made to get rid of the stones that do not have the brilliant qualities needed for the engineered stone. This critical production process makes sure that all stones resemble actual quartz worktops in terms of colour and texture.
